Weekend: $200 per night  (Friday – Sunday) 

Holiday(s): $250 per night w/3-night minimum  (Weekend of Memorial & Labor Day and 4th of July week)

Bedding Accommodations: Queen and two full-size bunk beds (sheet, blanket, & pillow  included). Sofa & dining table convert into small twin bed (bedding not included).
